How do we work?

At BrightOrange, we work with small teams, allowing us to focus entirely on you and your business. Throughout the process, you will work with the same deal team of two or three employees. What sets BrightOrange apart is that a partner is always involved in your process. Curious about what such a process looks like? Below, we have outlined the 5 steps for you, so you can see if our personal approach suits you.

1 First contact

Before we meet in person, we will have a phone conversation to get an idea of your situation and how we can assist you. Then, we would like to invite you for an introduction meeting, either at your location or at one of our offices in Amsterdam, Utrecht, or Zwolle.

2 Introduction meeting

A business acquisition, business valuation, or mediation process often takes several months. During these months, we work closely together, which is why we think it is important to have a mutual connection. You will have an introduction meeting with the consultant(s) and partner who will work with you throughout the process. We will listen carefully to your situation and wishes and tell you more about ourselves and our working method. If we are a match, we will create a proposal and a plan for you.

3 Proposal and plan

Based on the introduction meeting, we will create a customized proposal that not only describes what we will do for you but also how we will do it. This will give you a clear picture of the process and what is involved. We will also send you a request for information, including the information and documents we need from you to complete the assignment. If you agree with the proposal and plan of action, we will start working for you. Because we work with small teams, we can often start quickly without a long waiting time.

4 Execution

Throughout the entire process, you will be dealing with the same consultant(s) and partner. They are available for you every day and you can easily reach them. We really see the process as a collaboration, where we exchange information and support you with all the difficult tasks. Thanks to our extensive network, we can easily collaborate with other specialists such as lawyers and tax advisors. We regularly meet to discuss the progress of the process, but also to catch up and socialize.

5 Long-term relationship

At BrightOrange, we focus on building long-term relationships. Even after the project is completed, we are happy to continue supporting you. You will become part of the warm BrightOrange network, for which we regularly organize fun activities. Every year, we have a BrightOrange event for our relations.
